Terms and Conditions:

Payment is due upon purchase of your custom unit. All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. However, I do offer a 90 day guarantee of workmanship on your hand made or machine crafted unit.  All bundles, closures and frontals must be new and unused and wefts must be uncut in its original packaging. There’s a 7-10 day turnaround time from the time that I receive your hair for your custom unit to be completed.  If you need your unit within 3-5 days you have to pay for the add-on expedited service. If you want curls, straight look and or color you have to pay for those add-on services, in addition to paying for your wig unit. If you are supplying your own hair please call me at (973) 462-9866 or email me at [email protected] with your order number so that we can arrange for a pickup of your hair, or if you would like to mail your hair directly to me.
